I recently (07.08.2010) made an over-the-phone purchase for 2 identical Begonias costing £16 including postage. They arrived in the same box but only 1 had remained in its pot. 1 was loverly, the other was little more than a broken stump and 2 leaves. When I telephoned to complain, the proprietor immediately became abusive; I sent her a photo via email (twice) with no response or acceptance for responsibility. Since then the largest leaf has dropped off; the plant is little more than root and bare stalk. I cannot put into words my disappointment and regret for purchasing from this abusive establishment.
